What is the HOCATT™ Sauna?

The HOCATT™ sauna (Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology) is a multi-modal wellness pod. It combines alternative therapies- including Ozone, CO2/Carbonic Acid, Steam Sauna, Far Infrared, Frequency Specific Microcurrents, Oxygen Breathing and Photon Lights. You sit comfortably inside with your head exposed while your body receives a customized sequence of treatments.

Ozone is a gas molecule made up of 3 oxygen atoms (O3).
Are there any side effects to the HOCATT™?

Some people experience an ozone rash as a result of toxins leaving the body via the skin. Reasons for this are depleted antioxidant levels, toxic waste stored in the body fat, or chronic and/or systemic pathogenic infection. After a number of sessions a “healing crisis” may occur. This can feel like having the flu temporarily. You may experience some mild detoxification symptoms like fatigue, headache, or slight nausea, which are temporary and indicate the process is working. Dehydration can occur if you haven’t had enough water.
